Spider Web

My PHP Submit query, return result project incorporates the use of a CAPTCHA system. Initially, the user is prompted to complete this question. If an error is produced during this process, an error page is displayed. The user is compelled to complete this form in order to gain access to a page illustrating a usually hidden aspect of the internet. Because of the analogy between the internet and a spider’s web, a spider has become the term associated with the computer algorithm, which scours this interconnected network of networks. These creatures usually crawl about silently without leaving tracks. This is why my project uses the test phase to determine if the browser is human. Though this discovery, it is possible to observe traffic to a particular web page and sort it. The html link to the page where the work is displayed is hidden from the general user’s view. Only a very knowledgeable user or pre-programmed spider can in fact visit the page in this manner. Results from each visit are stored in a simple text file containing only the two values. The results are displayed to the user in the form of a web with flies corresponding to the number of visits the page receives from spiders. Flies are like the number of times this page has been "caught in the web".
